Last updated: 4 October 2026. These terms apply to this website, miamirush.net. They are not the terms of the Miami Rush casino; a short summary of the casino's own terms follows further down.
1. Who we are
miamirush.net is an independent information site about the online casino Miami Rush (miamirush.com). We are not the operator, we are not owned by it, and we do not run any games. You cannot open an account, deposit, bet or withdraw on this website.
2. Affiliate links
Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you follow one and register with an operator, we may receive a commission. This does not change what we write about the operator, and it costs you nothing.
3. How our information is sourced
Facts about the operator come from its own published documents (terms and conditions, KYC and AML policy, responsible-gambling policy, site footer and configuration) and from the licence register, each with the date we read it. Where something is not published, we say so instead of filling the gap. General explanations of games, odds and bonus maths are our own and are labelled as general.
4. No guarantee
Operators change their terms, limits and offers without notice. We check and date what we publish, but we cannot guarantee that it is still current when you read it. Always read the operator's own terms before you register or deposit. Nothing on this site is legal or financial advice.
5. Age and legality

Miami Rush's Own Terms in Brief (Checked 4 October 2026)
This is our summary of the operator's documents, not the documents themselves. The binding version is the one published by the operator.
- Version: terms and conditions effective 12 March 2026 (the header reads "12th of Match, 2026", an obvious typo); responsible-gambling policy dated 25 November 2025.
- Licence: Momentum Gaming Solutions Ltd, Anjouan licence ALSI-152312014-FI3.
- Excluded countries: Australia, Austria, Comoros, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom, the USA, FATF-blacklisted countries and any other jurisdiction the Anjouan authority deems prohibited. Accounts from these countries can be closed and winnings withheld.
- Verification: full identity checks before the first withdrawal and on deposits of $10,000 or more.
- Withdrawal limits: $1 minimum; $100 per transaction, $100 a day, $500 a week, $1,000 a month; may be split into instalments, lowered or frozen during a review.
- Maximum winnings: the terms state that maximum winnings limits apply, without giving a figure.
- Bonuses: no bonus terms are published.
- Account closure: the operator may close accounts and withhold winnings for breaches of its terms.
- Complaints: to the operator within six months; after 30 days without resolution, to an approved ADR provider under the Anjouan licence.
- Support: the documents give "support@Miamirush", an incomplete address.
